THC thresholds, product categories and national rules differ. Understanding the differences helps avoid hasty comparisons.

Comparing “Swiss CBD” and “European CBD” using a single figure is misleading. Switzerland has its own law; the EU combines common rules with national implementation. THC thresholds, foods, cosmetics, medicines and flowers do not necessarily follow the same logic.
This is why information valid in France or another European country does not automatically apply unchanged in Switzerland. Always consider the country, product category and relevant THC threshold.

Swiss and French CBD flowers may look alike. Their compliance depends on THC thresholds, product category and national rules. This invisible difference causes much consumer confusion.
The EU sets some shared frameworks, particularly for agriculture and food, while states retain important national rules for finished products. Travel or sales therefore require checking the specific country.
