Scope
Greenchill Sarl operates the online store www.greenchill.ch. Orders are delivered exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. The website’s different languages are provided to help our customers understand its content; they do not extend our delivery area.
Intellectual property

Personal data and cookies

Liability
Greenchill’s liability is determined under Swiss law. No clause is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, particularly for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The specific shipping rules do not remove applicable rights in the event of a product defect or fault attributable to Greenchill.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The parties favour an amicable resolution without restricting their rights to take legal action. Subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction under Swiss law, particularly for consumer contracts, the competent courts of the canton of Geneva are designated.
Versions and earlier orders
New versions of the terms apply to future orders after they have been made available and accepted. They do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an earlier order, including any return offer already granted. The French text and its translations express the same commercial terms.
