Purchases are restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Greenchill may request age verification before fulfilling the order.
Sales, payments and shipments are governed by our sales and shipping terms. Voluntary returns are governed by our returns policy. These specific provisions take precedence over any conflicting general provision in these terms of use. An invalid clause does not deprive the parties of statutory rights.
You must use the website lawfully, provide accurate order information and protect your login details. Distributing malicious software, bypassing security measures or infringing others’ rights is prohibited. Misuse may lead to suspension of the affected access, without removing rights and obligations arising from orders already concluded.
Texts, images, logos and other website content belong to Greenchill or their respective rights holders. Reproduction or use requires the rights holder’s permission, subject to uses permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and rights remain the property of their holders.
Published reviews must reflect a genuine experience, respect third-party rights and not contain unnecessary personal data. By submitting a review intended to be public, you authorise its display on the website and the technical adjustments necessary for that display. This permission does not extend to your private communications with customer service. Unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing content may be removed.
We take care to provide accurate information and correct identified errors. A correction does not permit arbitrary changes to commitments arising from an order already concluded. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical incidents; this does not remove rights relating to orders. Linked third-party websites are subject to their own terms, without excluding any liability of Greenchill itself provided by law.

Greenchill’s liability is determined under Swiss law. No clause is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, particularly for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The specific shipping rules do not remove applicable rights in the event of a product defect or fault attributable to Greenchill.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The parties favour an amicable resolution without restricting their rights to take legal action. Subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction under Swiss law, particularly for consumer contracts, the competent courts of the canton of Geneva are designated.
New versions of the terms apply to future orders after they have been made available and accepted. They do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an earlier order, including any return offer already granted. The French text and its translations express the same commercial terms.
