How can I earn points?

The programme offers several ways to earn points: 8 points per CHF 1 spent under the standard purchase rule, 400 points for newsletter sign-up, 5 points for a daily visit and 600 points for your birthday. A specific rate of 10 points per CHF 1 is also set for the first order.

How many points do I need for a discount?

The first reward is available at 1'000 points for a CHF 5.– discount. The next levels are 2'000 points for CHF 10.–, 4'000 points for CHF 20.– and 6'000 points for CHF 30.–.

Do my points expire?

No. The Greenchill programme currently has no points expiry. You can therefore keep them until you use them.

How do the VIP tiers work?

All customers start at Bronze. Silver is available from 2'000 points, Gold from 5'000, Platinum from 10'000 and Diamond from 20'000 points. Higher tiers receive a progressively higher points multiplier.

What are the VIP multipliers?

The currently configured multipliers are Silver ×1.10, Gold ×1.25, Platinum ×1.50 and Diamond ×1.75. Bronze uses the standard points rate.

How do referrals work?

The referral programme currently offers a 10% discount for the referrer and 10% for the referred friend. The referral link or code can be shared by email, Facebook or WhatsApp, among other options.
